All transactions on the Hittok Pvt Ltd website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Once your payment is successfully processed, a confirmation email and/or invoice will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team.
We take the security of your data seriously. All payment information is encrypted and processed through secure SSL-certified payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
Service-Based Payments: Payments made for services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a service-level agreement (SLA).
Product Purchases (if applicable): Refunds for physical/digital products are subject to our Refund Policy.
Failed Transactions: In case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted but service/product is not delivered, the deducted amount will be refunded automatically within 5–7 working days.
