Custom design and development work
Digital marketing services
UX/UI consultancy
Hosting, domain, or third-party service charges
One-time project fees after commencement
Event or contest registration fees (e.g., ILDC program)
However, we may offer refunds in special cases where:
The project/service has not yet started.
There was a duplicate or erroneous payment.
The payment was made but no service was delivered, and no agreement was signed.
3. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
Submit a written request within 7 days of the payment date.
Provide a valid reason and any supporting documentation.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after work has begun
Delays caused by incomplete client input
Service dissatisfaction without prior communication or revision requests
4. Cancellation by Hittok Pvt Ltd
If Hittok Pvt Ltd cancels a service, order, or registration for any reason (e.g., unavailability, technical issues, or internal decisions), a full or partial refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

The amount will be returned to the original payment method.
